Alan H. Bushell – Senior Advisor
Mr. Bushell is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of strategic and executive accomplishments. He was a co-founder and the director, president and CFO of Diva Systems Corporation, an innovator in the television set-top business. Mr. Bushell also served as senior vice president, CEO, and CFO of CellNet Data Systems, a supplier of wireless networks for utilities. Other executive positions Mr. Bushell has held include the president of Advanced Polymer Systems, Inc., the vice president of operations at Everex Systems, Inc., and president of Zymogenetics, Inc. He also held various planning and product management positions with Raychem and was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co. Mr. Bushell completed accounting and law degrees and has an MBA degree from Harvard University.
